Neotropolis 2025
Personnel Files
CRuX Industries — Neotropolis Division
// Because someone had to press the buttons.
Scott Levy
Lead Designer, CRuX Industries
As the (accidentally) self-appointed Lead Designer of CRuX Industries, Scott somehow convinced everyone to let him worldbuild an entire factory full of striking robots, malfunctioning microchips, and propaganda posters with just the right amount of existential dread. He's also a co-owner and designer of The Immersive Machine, a former live event creator for Blizzard, and keytarist for industrial band, The Strand. Basically a nerd.
Kayleah Ring “Krave”
Lead Fabricator & Set Designer
They call me Krave because I hunger for glitter, hot glue, and the sweet scent of EVA foam at 2am. I'm a real-life Artificer — minus the spell slots, but with twice the caffeine and way more fabric scraps in my hair. If it can be stitched, painted, sanded, or duct-taped into existence — I've probably already built it, worn it, and accidentally sat on it. Warning: may spontaneously monologue about wall texture formulas.
Eden Happ
Master Craftsman — Logistics & Assembly
By day, Eden is a multimedia artist, master fabricator, and professional prop wizard conjuring immersive worlds for events and film. By night, they transform into a dancing clown, delighting music festival crowds with moves that defy both gravity and good taste. Usually found covered in glitter and sawdust, muttering “This seemed like a good idea at the time.” Spoiler: It always is.
Grant Luecke
Materials Station Designer
Escape room designer from Portland, OR — now based in LA. BFA in Acting from Southern Oregon University; one year at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival before falling headfirst into the escape room industry. Credits include Wizard's Treasure at 60out Hollywood and fabrication work for Hi-Orbit Games in Joshua Tree. Currently building Big Brain Laboratory. Attending Neotropolis for the first time this year!
Arman Bastani
Assembly Station Designer
Forged by tinkering with DMX, MIDI, and 8-bit programming in the Midwest’s analog-modem era. Now heads product development, prototyping, and R&D at Oval Integration & Visiolite.com in Costa Mesa — drawing on two decades of expertise in IoT, embedded hardware/software, CNC, and electromechanics. An autodidactic polymath at the cutting edge of systems integration and automation.
Kevin Burns
Microchip Station Designer
Game designer and computer scientist with 10 years in the escape room industry. His props have appeared in rooms across Orange and L.A. County. Passions include roller coasters, robots, and 3D printing — which checks out. Couldn’t make it to Neotropolis this year but hopes to attend in 2026, and is proud of what he contributed to the CRuX experience.
Christine Anderson
Microchip Station Designer
Director of Game Development at Exodus Escape Room, with 10 years in the industry. When not building escape rooms, Christine can be found playing violin or crocheting — a combination that suggests she builds worlds both digital and handmade. Couldn’t attend Neotropolis this year but hopes you enjoyed her contribution to CRuX Industries.
