What is the suggested minimum age?

We allow all ages, but children under the age of 13 must be accompanied in the room by a parent or guardian. All other minors must at least have a parent or guardian present in the building.

How early should we arrive?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your game to give you time to park, sign waivers, use the restroom, and be ready to dive in to our cyberpunk universe!

How many people are allowed in your rooms?

Sal Cybernetics’s is designed for 2-6 players. Please contact us if you have a group larger then 6 people.

A minimum of 2 players are needed to play the game effectively. A “small group” charge of $24 is added to all 2-player bookings. We want to make sure our GM’s are compensated fairly for providing your team with an amazing experience.

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

You can manage your booking using the link in your confirmation email or give us a call for help rescheduling. You may need to call to reschedule if you’re attempting to make a change within a couple hours of your scheduled game.

You can cancel your game for a full refund up to 24 hours before your booked event. If there’s less than 24 hours before your game and your plans change, we’re happy to apply the full price of your tickets to a future booking.

What happens if I arrive late?

Don’t be late!!! We typically have back to back bookings, so it’s hard to accomodate late arrivals. We’ll do everything we can to make things work, but if you’re late we may need to reschedule or shorten your game.

ABOUT THE GAME

Are your rooms private or shared?

Our rooms are always private. We will never pair you up with strangers. That being said how you find your team mates is completely up to you.

What is the difficulty level of your games?

We would say medium difficulty. We have kept player enjoyment first and foremost in our minds, when we designed our room. We have many different types of puzzles in our rooms so that every type of problem solver has their chance to shine.

Are your rooms Scary?

Not scary at all.  If fact we try to bring a lot of humor to the game.  But there are parts of the experience that can be loud or sudden.  This may be startling for smaller children.

Do you have Live Actors in your rooms?

No. We do not have any live actors in the rooms.

What is the physically activity level of your rooms?

Our rooms are light to moderate physical activity levels. The number of people in the room can definitely affect each persons activity requirement.

Can I leave the room during the game?

Yes. You will never be locked in one of our rooms and are free to leave the room if needed.

How long will the experience last?

That depends on how quickly your team beats the game! You are given up to 60 minutes to complete your mission. We suggest arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled game, so you should count on at least 1 hour 15 minutes for your experience.

What is a escape game?

Have you ever wished to escape from reality, just for a little while?  Well in a escape game you can do just that. You become the main characters in the story. As you step into the game, your team will escape to a different place and time. Work together to discover clues, solve puzzles, crack codes, and unravel mysteries to beat the game before the hour is up!

Why is it called an escape game if the goal isn't always to escape?

Escape rooms got their name because the goal of most early escape rooms was to escape. Every escape game is different, with unique missions and goals that players must achieve to advance the story line.  In our escape room adventure, you will never be locked in one of our rooms and are free to leave the room if needed. While the goal typically isn’t to escape the room, we use “escape game” to describe our experience because customers know the term and our games give players a chance to escape reality for a bit, and immerse themselves in a different time and place for an hour.
